PROGRAM

First day

• Departure from Varna 6,30 h.

Arrival in the village. Smilets, common. Silistra. Participation in the National Day of Dinenia Majun. During the celebration, you will have the opportunity to learn how to make watermelon majun, where tradition simmers on a low flame, and the scent of majuna gathers generations - a day awaits you, full of flavor, rhythm and Bulgarian spirit. Very tasty and interesting surprises, pleasant moments with guest artists and lots of fun.

Competition program – Biggest watermelon and cantaloupe, most beautiful cart,

– "The Rolling Pin Sings" – handmade pie;

– "Culinary watermelon fantasies" – making dune lanterns, watermelon figurines, etc.

– "Attractive review of folk costumes and ornaments from children of age 0-10 years" – defile of original authentic costume of children. The goal is to preserve and pass on traditions, to build qualities such as hard work in young people, entrepreneurship, empathy for life, traditions and livelihood in the village, to protect, preserve and transmit the cultural-historical and natural heritage.

Departure for the village. Kindness

• Visit and tasting in the family wine cellar "Oprev" - produces selected wines with two Bulgarian and three internationally recognized grape varieties - Red Misket, Eumolpia, Traminer, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon.
• The temple “St.St.. Cyril and Methodius” and the cenotaphs – symbolic graves of soldiers, died far from their birthplaces

Second day

• Breakfast at the hotel
• Sightseeing of Tutrakan – the town of fishermen, the sunsets, battle glory and fish delicacies.
