Stavros is a small resort village in Aegean Macedonia near Asprovalta. Located on 88 km from Kavala and 70 km from Thessaloniki and is at the very beginning of the Halkidiki Peninsula, In the northeast. Administratively belongs to the Thessaloniki region. Stavros was built on a hill overlooking Strimoniko Bay. The city has many parks, restaurants, tavernous, shops and cafes. The beach is length 10 km.

PARTICIPANTS

Participants in the Folklore Festival are amateur groups from Greece, Bulgaria and other countries. Dancers can participate in the festival, singing and instrumental folklore ensembles, Groups for processed and authentic folklore, cooking groups. There are no age restrictions. The folklore program of the group should have a duration 10 – 12 minutes.

THE PROGRAM at the festival offers:

-7 June, Saturday - Festival Concert on an open stage in the center of Stavros of 20.30 h.

– certificates and plaques for the collective participants

– Opportunity to organize an evening party with DJ

-a 24 -hour team, who will be in place with you

PARTICIPATION FEE

Package price per person:

Price for 3 Overnights with breakfast and dinner:

340 BGN. - accommodation in triple / four -room breakfast and dinner I wanted to 3*

Accommodation in Double Room - Supplementation 22 BGN. per person per day

Price for 2 Overnights with breakfast and dinner:

280 BGN. - accommodation in triple / four -room breakfast and dinner I wanted to 3*

Accommodation in Double Room - Supplementation 22 BGN. per person per day

The price includes the new City fee / air conditioning.

Downtime 4 overnight stays. Request.

Accommodation at single room – request.

The price does not include transportation to Stavros, parking and personal expenses.

To a group of 25 one free place is placed per person (25 + 1).

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT DEADLINES

The candidates, who wish to participate in the festival must declare their participation by completing an Application Form for registration by 10 March 2025 year.

Deadline for advance payment 30 % of the total amount 25 March 2025 Mr.

Deadline for additional payment of the full amount 10 May 2025 Mr.
